2. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

 

3. Non-Delivery

In rare cases, issues with your email provider or mail server may prevent you from receiving our delivery email, or it may end up in your spam or junk folder. We recommend checking these folders or contacting us for assistance, such as resending the email or sending it to an alternate address. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our customer service department in writing within 7 days from the order date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded. If you do not contact us during this period, we will assume a successful download of the product with no further right of return for a ‘non-receipt’ reason.

 

4. Major Defects

Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If such issues arise and we fail to correct them within 48 hours from the date of the initial complaint or any other notification provided by you, a full refund will be issued, or, at your choice, a replacement product of the same or similar value can be offered.

If the product you purchased is not as described on our website, please report this issue to our technical support team within 30 days from the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided in writing that the purchased product is not as described. Complaints based merely on false expectations are not honored.
